| Application requirements and Information on the TBAE VED'25 summer school (please read them carefully) |
| 1. You can apply to the TBAE VED'25 Summer School for either Face-to-Face (F2F) or Online participation via Zoom. |
| 2. No prerequisites are needed for the online school; anyone can apply. You will receive a Zoom link for the online sessions. |
| 3. F2F participation is limited to a maximum of 30 people, with participants selected from the pool of applicants. |
| 6. F2F applicants should have a strong background in Electronics and Physics related fields, which must be proven by their transcript. |
| 7. M.Sc., Ph.D. students, and post-doctoral researchers in related fields are strongly encouraged to apply and will be given priority for the F2F selection. |
| 8. A reference letter is not mandatory, but F2F applicants who provide reference letters will be given priority for the F2F selection. |
| 9. The application deadline is August 3, 2025, and the selection results are expected to be announced on August 5-6. |
| 10. After submitting your application form, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it may be due to your email being marked as spam in our system. In such cases, please try using another valid email address. Regardless, your application will still be considered even if you do not receive a confirmation email. |
| 11. Travel and accommodation support will be provided for selected F2F participants (only for train and bus tickets within Turkey). |
| 12. F2F participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the school. Please note that there will be an exam. |
| 13. No certification will be provided for online participants. |
| 14. F2F applicants must send their academic transcript(s) to tbae.iletisim@tubitak.gov.tr. |
| 15. Optional reference letters should be sent to tbae.iletisim@tubitak.gov.tr, either by the applicant or directly by the person providing the reference. |
| 16. For F2F application documents sent to tbae.iletisim@tubitak.gov.tr, please clearly tag your email with "TBAE VED'25 Summer School Application". |
